SWOC AGM and Tour at London Public Library

Good afternoon SWOC members,

You are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Southwestern Ontario Chapter of the AAO on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 10 a.m.

The meeting will take place in the Tonda Room at the Central Branch of the London Public Library. The Tonda Room is located on the first floor of the library. Two hours of free underground parking is available at Citi Plaza adjacent to the Central Library. Parking vouchers are available at the main circulation desk on the first floor of the Central Library.

Following the AGM, we will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the London Room, along with a presentation by Deb Majer, Archivist for the Diocese of London. Deb will speak about her archival consulting work, including the project she is currently undertaking in the London Room.

Please note that lunch will not be provided this year, as the day will conclude around 12 p.m.
