The Preservation Consultant Programme provides complimentary advisory services of a professional conservator to AAO members throughout Ontario.

Effective Immediately: Due to the NADP 2012 funding cuts, the available hours for the Preservation Consultant are weekly, Wednesday(s) only from 9am-12pm.

Iona McCraith Biography

Iona McCraith holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (1979) from York University, where she majored in anthropology and art history. She has been a practising conservator specializing in archival materials since 1982, when she graduated from Algonquin College with an Applied Arts Diploma in museum conservation.  Upon leaving Algonquin College she completed a one year internship at the Canadian Conservation Institute to further hone her skills and experience.
