The Archives Association of Ontario has the following professionals on staff to support its membership.

Archives Advisor - The Archives Advisor Programme provides free advice and support to archives and proposed archives anywhere in Ontario .· The Archives Advisor is the first point of contact for archivists who have questions about any issue related to archives management.· The Advisor will suggest options as well as provide referrals to other AAO specialists.· As well, groups that are interested in setting up an archives will benefit from discussing what is requires and how to hire an archivist.

ARCHEION Consultant - ARCHEION is an internet research tool that brings together information about archives held by organizations all across Ontario . These include records of businesses, individuals, families, and organizations from all periods of the province's history.

Preservation Consultant - The Preservation Consultant Programme provides free preservation and conservation advice from a professional conservator to members of the Archive Association of Ontario.· Also provided are on-site visits to assess facility or collection ·needs and preservation planning. The Preservation Advisor will also give referrals to private conservators, other heritage specialists, and suppliers.

Secretariat Services - Secretariat Services supports administrative functions of the Archives Association of Ontario and its Executive Board of Directors.
