The affairs of the Association are directed by a Board of seven (7) elected Directors, each of whom will be a Voting Member of the Association. The seven members of the Board of Directors shall consist of the President, the Vice-President/President Elect, the Treasurer, the Secretary, two (2) Directors without Portfolio, and the Chair of Institutional Development Committee.
The directors shall govern the affairs of the Association in all things and make or cause to be made for the Association, in its name, any kind of contract which the Association may lawfully enter into and, save hereinafter provided, generally may exercise all such powers and do all such other acts and things in the Association is by its Charter or otherwise authorized to exercise and do.
