AAO Partnership with Managing Matters Inc.

Dear members and friends of the Archives Association of Ontario,

Association and Event Management Company Managing Matters Inc. is expanding and branching out into the world of archives with a new client – The Archives Association of Ontario.

On May 1st 2014, Managing Matters began working with the AAO volunteers to handle the day-to-day operations of the Association including website development and management, database management, member inquiries, registration for events, financial management and other administrative tasks. With their annual conference mere weeks away, Managing Matters will be providing support to the Board of Directors at the busiest time of their calendar year!

“On behalf of the AAO Board of Directors, I am very excited to begin working with Managing Matters. The AAO Board of Directors has found Jenny, Maddy, Becky, and the rest of the Managing Matters team to be incredibly organized, enthusiastic, creative, and professional in conducting the secretariat services transition process over the course of the past month. Partnering with Managing Matters is an incredibly positive change for the AAO. I invite all AAO members to get in touch with our new secretariat team with any questions, feedback or ideas that you may have for our association's future,” said Kelli Babcock, President, Archives Association of Ontario.
